RTZ Acclaim

RTZ Acclaim is a bespoke learning programme for account management professionals.  It is applicable to anyone who has responsibility for the management, retention, and development of key clients and customers and is designed to create real and practical results that will either establish the right key account management (KAM) activity in your organisation, or improve your existing activity in accordance with your business objectives.

How it works

RTZ Acclaim is not a generic programme and we do not use generic content.  We will work with you to understand your business objectives; your KAM requirements and objectives; and your team dynamics (for example how many people are responsible for your key accounts; how many key accounts you may have; the nature and organisational complexity of your key clients).  Having done this, we will design the programme content around your own key accounts and the programme will progress using these ‘real’ clients as the subject matter of the sessions.

At the end of the programme you will have substantially completed account plans for each of your chosen key accounts and which will contain objectives and agreed actions.  As part of the programme we will also guide your team’s approach to each key account, agree and establish best practice, and develop bespoke approaches for any unusual or challenging organisations in your KAM programme.  We can also agree follow-up support from some or all of your team after the programme has finished.
